Every year on 25 January, Scotland raises a glass in patriotic celebration of national bard, Robert Burns.  here’s our take on a traditional supper.

Starter: Seared Scotish Salmon with a heather honey dressing.

Main: Haggis, Neeps and Tatties

Desert: A traditional Cranachan.

Butchery Classes set to return in 2022

With our butchery classes, you’ll be able to learn a diverse array of butchering techniques. Our butchering classes include cutting different types of meat and learning more about where our food comes from. Private and group classes can be arranged based on your requirements. Contact us today for more information about our upcoming classes.

In addition to learning how to butcher meat, you get to take everything you do home afterwards. A great excuse to have a dinner party.

Due to Covid restrictions classes will be a maximum of 4 people.
